It seems all of this is futile, a revolving door of drug addiction. We see reports on tv that psychiatrists and addiction counselors claim it takes at least 3 months living in a sober living facility to have the tools to stay clean. So these people will detox in jail, but then what? Same old situation on the streets. Futility!
